I found these two plates at a local home ware shop very
randomly I must say and I just fell in love with them :)
So what you need are :)
- 115g unsalted butter
- 115g caster sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 115g self raising flour
- sugar flowers/hundreds and thousands/chocolate to decorate.
- 200g icing sugar
- 2 tbs warm water
Just place the sugar and butter in a large bowl and cream together.
After add the eggs and mix well.
When done, add the flour lightly and evenly.
Spoon the mixture into the paper cases and leave in for 15-20 minutes.
Mix the icing sugar together with the water and spread on the fairy cakes.
And finally decorate as desired.
