Lily Allen features in ELLE uk october'09, it's amazing how she can pull off any hair colour really... also i really liked Kaya Scodelario's shoot and how the gothic/rock chic look just fits her perfectly, Ooh and pete doherty's artwork is just the cherry on the cake!
